Terms & Conditions

Kyriacos Sakkas — Sitevora · Last updated: 22/8/2026

Who you are contracting with

Sitevora is a website-as-a-service business operated by Kyriacos Sakkas, a sole trader based in Nicosia, Cyprus ("we", "us", "Sitevora"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sitevora website and of the design, build, hosting and maintenance services you subscribe to. You can reach us at Support+Sitevora@Socivora.com.

By creating an account, submitting a brief or subscribing to a plan you accept these Terms. If you are subscribing for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business; if you are subscribing as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.

The service

Depending on your plan we design and build your website, host it on our own infrastructure, keep it secure and up to date, and make the content updates included in that plan. Optional Domain & DNS Management covers registration and DNS administration of a standard domain on Cloudflare for a flat yearly fee; premium extensions are quoted separately.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the website and services within the plan you have chosen, for as long as your subscription is active. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You must give accurate information in your brief and keep your account details up to date, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

You must not misuse the service. That includes any unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing anyone's intellectual property, uploading malware, probing or interfering with our security, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling the service, or circumventing technical limits of your plan.

You keep ownership of the content, logos and images you send us, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you send.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Sitevora brand, our software, templates, tooling and documentation. Nothing in these Terms transfers that intellectual property to you.

Domains registered on your behalf remain your property and can be transferred to you or another provider at any time.

Plans, payment and cancellation

Plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in EUR, with a 12-month minimum term, the first payment taken at signup and VAT handled at checkout. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you keep your current plan's features until then. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and there is no refund for unused time.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

When a subscription ends, your website goes offline and the workspace is suspended, but nothing is deleted immediately — for 30 days you can ask us to export your content or resubscribe and pick up where you left off.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages such as loss of profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts. You may not assign your subscription without our consent; we may assign ours in a merger or transfer of the business. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these Terms and will notify active customers of material changes by email.
