Who is responsible for your data

Sitevora is operated by Kyriacos Sakkas, a sole trader based in Nicosia, Cyprus, trading as Sitevora. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. Contact us at Support+Sitevora@Socivora.com for anything privacy related.

What we collect and why

Account data (email, password credentials handled by our authentication provider) to create and secure your account — legal basis: performance of our contract with you.

Brief data (company name, contact name, email, industry, existing website, social links, Google Business presence, goals, inspiration, domain details, chosen plan, preferred contact channel and timeline) to design, build and maintain your website — legal basis: performance of our contract.

Subscription and billing records (plan, status, billing period, payment status, invoice numbers) to manage your subscription and meet accounting obligations — legal basis: contract and legal obligation.

Support messages and technical data (IP address, device and browser information, error logs) for customer support, security and fraud prevention, and improving the service — legal basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

Service providers acting as processors: our hosting, database and authentication infrastructure, our domain and DNS provider (Cloudflare), and our email and support tooling. Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record for sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing, and processes your billing data under its own privacy notice. We also share data with professional advisers (legal, accounting) and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Our infrastructure is EU-based. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate additional safeguards.

How long we keep it

Account and brief data are kept while your subscription is active and for 12 months afterwards, so you can resubscribe. Billing and tax records are kept for 7 years as required by Cypriot law. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months. After that data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Email Support+Sitevora@Socivora.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

Security and cookies

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege database policies, to protect your data.

This site uses essential cookies and local storage only: to keep you signed in, to remember your language choice, and for the secure checkout provided by Paddle. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time, though signing in will then be required again.
